O R D E R

% 05.08.2016 Mr. Manan submits that the other co-accused has since been granted regular bail by the Trial Court. In this regard, he places reliance on order dated 09.06.2016 passed by the learned ASJ.

Consequently, I am of the view that since the Trial Court is seized of the entire case it would be appropriate that the applicant again approaches the Trial Court to seek the same relief.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as

aforesaid.
