1. In para 6 of the short affidavit filed by Respondent No. 1, it is stated that the case of the Petitioner "is being placed before the Rule 90 Committee for its consideration".

2. A direction is issued that, if not already done, the Petitioner‟s case be placed before the Rule 90 Committee not later than 29th February, 2020 and the Committee‟s decision thereon be conveyed to the Petitioner not later than 30th April, 2020.

3. If the Petitioner is aggrieved by such decision it will be open to the Petitioner to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.

4. The petition is disposed of in the above terms.
