By virtue of the present application, the plaintiff seeks to withdraw the present suit with liberty to restore in case of default by defendant nos.1 and 2 of the Addendum Agreement dated 08.08.2024 executed inter se the plaintiff and defendant nos.1 and 2.

Learned counsel for the defendant no.3 submits that she has no objection to the plaintiff's prayer qua withdrawal of the present suit. 3.

For the reasons stated in the present application and in terms of the amount(s) mentioned in paragraph 5 of the said application, as also the other clauses, the present application is allowed and disposed of.
