CM APPL.Nos.46941/2019 This is an application filed by the appellant seeking extension of time for removing furniture and fixtures from the suit property. It is submitted two more weeks time are needed to remove the furniture and fixtures in compliance with the directions of this Court contained in the order dated 11.10.2019. The learned counsel for the respondent is present and submits he has no objection to the same. The application is thus allowed.

The appellant is hereby granted further two weeks time from the date of the supply of the keys of the property by the respondent to the appellant, to remove the furniture and fixtures. The application stands disposed of.
