The present suit was filed by the plaintiff praying for partition, declaration, rendition of accounts, permanent and mandatory injunction with respect to the property bearing no. C4F/181, Janakpuri, B-1, New Delhi - 110058 measuring 80 Sq. Yds. (hereinafter referred to as 'suit property'). The property was owned by the predecessor-in-interest of the parties to the suit namely, Sh. Chaman lal.

It is stated in the application that during pendency of the suit, the parties have arrived at mutual settlement/understanding, terms whereof have been incorporated in the present application, particularly in Para 3 to 6 thereof.

The present application has been signed by the plaintiff as well as by the defendants.

Having gone through the terms of the settlement, this Court finds the same to be lawful. Therefore, there is no impediment in decreeing the suit in terms of the compromise.

Accordingly, the suit is decreed in terms of the settlement, the details of which have been given in the application itself. The application shall form part of the decree and the parties shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement.

The application as well as the suit stands disposed of in the above terms.
