Vide order dated 03.09.2019, the petitioner was directed to deposit in Registry of this Court a sum of Rs. 6,50,000/- by way of FDR, which order was complied by him. Thereafter vide mediation settlement dated 30.09.2024, parties have compromised the dispute and have agreed that towards full and final settlement, the present petitioner has to pay Rs.1,80,000/- with interest accrued thereon to respondent no. 2 and a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- with interest accrued thereon to respondent no. 1. The said amount has to be paid out of the amount already deposited in this court and the balance amount has to be released to the petitioner. 3.

Accordingly, as requested, the petition is disposed of as compromised. 4.
