% 25.05.2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach DRT under Section 17(1) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002.

Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn. However, petitioner is at liberty to approach the DRT by initiating appropriate proceedings within two weeks and in case any such proceedings are initiated, the same be entertained by the DRT on merits without going into the question of limitation. In the meanwhile, petitioner shall also deposit `1 crore with the Registrar of the concerned DRT, however, in case this amount is not deposited within two weeks, interim order, passed by this Court, shall

stand vacated. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
