% 11.02.2020 The learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has made payment of monthly license fee till January, 2020.

This is refuted by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for North DMC. She states that a sum of Rs.8,66,064/- is payable by the petitioner to the respondent/North DMC as license fee.

However, it is admitted by the petitioner that the license is expiring on 05.03.2020 in terms of the letter of allotment read with terms of the tender documents.

The petitioner will on expiry of the license/contract on 05.03.2020 forthwith vacate the parking lot. He will also clear the entire monthly license fee as on that date. Nothing further survives in the present petition. The petition and all pending applications are disposed of. JAYANT NATH, J.
