% 11.02.2020 It is pointed out that the contract in question has already expired on 05.03.2019. Even if the contract was extended for a period of one year, the same would expire on 05.03.2020 in terms of the letter of allotment read with terms of the tender documents.

The learned Standing Counsel appearing for North DMC states that a sum of Rs.51,81,031/- is payable by the petitioner to the respondent/North DMC as license fee.

The petitioner will on expiry of the license/contract on 05.03.2020 forthwith vacate the parking lot. He will also clear the entire monthly license fee as on that date. Nothing further survives in the present petition. The petition and all pending applications are disposed of. JAYANT NATH, J.
