Learned counsel for the decree holder has filed this application for withdrawal of the present enforcement proceedings on account of settlement under the 'Vivad Se Vishwas-II Scheme'. 2.

Learned counsel for the judgment debtor is present in Court and confirms this position. He submits that the judgment debtor has deposited the sum of Rs.84,68,25,214/- in Court pursuant to the order of this Court dated 11.10.2021.

Learned counsel for the parties agree that in terms of the settlement and the judgment debtor's communication dated 16.04.2024, the amount deposited is directed to be released, alongwith accrued interest, to the judgment debtor. The Registry is directed to do so to the following bank OMP (ENF.)
