The present petitions have been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail in connection with the FIR No. 277/2022 under Sections 420/467/468/471/120B/193/196/199/408/415 IPC registered at Police Station Maidan Garhi.

Vide order dated 21.09.2022, this Court while issuing notice granted interim protection to the accused Suman Devi in BAIL APPLN. 2842/2022 and accused Tannu in BAIL APPLN. 2843/2022 and similarly vide order dated 20.10.2022, interim protection was granted to the accused namely, Krishan Kumar Sain in BAIL APPLN. 3159/2022 and Vijay Kumar Sain in BAIL APPLN. 3162/2022, subject to their joining investigation as and when required by the I.O concerned.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submit that pursuant to the aforesaid order, the petitioners have joined investigation as and when required by the I.O concerned, which position is not disputed by the learned APP for the State.

The learned APP on instructions from the I.O, who is present in Court, fairly states that no further investigation is required from the present petitioners.
