An application has been moved by the petitioner whereby he seeks withdrawal of the present petition in terms of the settlement between the parties.

Learned counsel for respondent also submits that the matter has already been amicably settled between the parties and the case which was pending before the concerned Commissioner, has already been withdrawn in terms of the Memorandum of Understanding between the parties. 3.

For all practical purposes, therefore, present petition has become infructuous.

In view of the above, while allowing the abovesaid application, the present petition is disposed of as having become infructous. 5.
