It is stated by learned Counsel for the Petitioner that all the Respondents are undergoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) and therefore, under Section 14, the moratorium is operating qua the Respondents. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition and liberty to file afresh petition in case needs so arises in future.
