The present petition is listed on an office note pointing out that there is a typographical error that has crept in the order dated 03.09.2019. It is noticed that the operative part of the said order has been inadvertently omitted.

Accordingly, the said order dated 03.09.2019 is modified to include the operative direction as Paragraph 8A as under: "8A. the FIR bearing No. 305/2012, under Sections 406/498A/34 of the IPC registered with PS Tilak Nagar, New Delhi and all proceedings arising therefrom are quashed."
