% 10.04.2024 This suit has been filed by the plaintiff against the defendant with the following prayers: - "A. The Hon'ble court may kindly pass the decree for permanent injunction in favour of the plaintiff and against defendant and restraining the defendant, his nominee(s) and his agent(s) in the interference of peaceful enjoyment of suit property. B. Costs of the suit be also awarded in favour of the plaintiff and against the defendants. "

The matter had been referred to the mediation. However, there the parties could not reach on any settlement. However, the Court has interacted with the parties. The parties have mutually settled the matter and the following statements have been recorded.

The defendant has undertaken that he nor his agent nor nominee will not interfere in the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the suit property by the plaintiff except ground floor of the suit property. The plaintiff has also made a statement that neither she nor her nominee nor agent will interfere in the peaceful and enjoyment of the ground floor of the suit property by the defendant.

In view of the statements recorded, the present suit along with pending applications stands disposed as compromised. Parties are held bound by their undertakings and are directed to bear their own costs.

It is clarified that this order will not come in the way of any other proceedings.
