The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 743/2020 of PS Bawana, Delhi for offence under Section 302/201 IPC and Section 25/27 Arms Act.

After addressing partly, on being pointed out distinctive features of this case in contrast with the case of Aman @ Prince, learned counsel for accused/applicant seeks permission to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file before the trial court subsequent to recording of testimony of witnesses of recovery of the alleged weapon of offence. 3.

As requested, the bail application and accompanying application are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
