1. Learned counsel for the Respondents assures the Court that not later than two weeks from today, the order dated 28th March, 2017 will be complied with and the amount of refund together with interest will be directly credited to the Petitioner's account.

2. In the event that the Petitioner has any grievance on account of nonpayment of the refund amount together with interest, it may approach the W.P.(C) 1008/2017

VATO first and thereafter seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
