O R D E R

% 06.02.2017 Present contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 19th October, 2016, passed by a coordinate bench of this court in W.P.(C) No.9632/2016, whereby the respondent was directed to treat the petitioner-firm's writ petition as a representation and decide the same in accordance with law within a period of six weeks. The respondent was further directed to consider the question as to whether the petitioner-firm could have been blacklisted without serving a notice.

Learned counsel for the petitioner-firm states that despite appearing before the respondent for a hearing on 27th October, 2016 in terms of the aforesaid order, the respondent has not decided the representation till date.

Issue notice.

Mr.Nikhil Goel, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the

respondent-SDMC. He has today in Court handed over a copy of the order dated 2nd February, 2017 by virtue of which, the petitioner's representation against blacklisting has been disposed of. A copy of the said order is taken on record.

In view of the aforesaid, present contempt petition is disposed of as satisfied.

In the event, the petitioner is aggrieved by the decision of the respondent dated 2nd February, 2017, he is at liberty to challenge the same in accordance with law.
