In view of nature of allegations, after addressing partly, learned counsel for the accused/applicant seeks permission to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file afresh before the trial court after conclusion of testimony of the complainant de facto.

Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
