Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that present petitions have been preferred against summoning order dated 18.04.2016 passed by learned Trial Court, which was upheld by the Revisional Court vide order dated 04.02.2020 in proceedings under Section 138 NI Act. He further submits that since the matter has been settled with respondent Nos.2 to 4, petitions are not pressed.

Taking the statement of learned counsel for the petitioners on record, petitions are accordingly disposed of. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
