The appellant seeks withdrawal of the present appeal. It is stated by both sides that they have settled the disputes and possession of the subject property stands handed over to the respondent. 2.

As regards the amount deposited by the appellant with the Registry of this Court in compliance with order dated 24.11.2021, learned counsel for appellant submits that the said amount may be released to the respondent. Learned senior counsel for respondent submits on instructions that after release of the said amount, no further amount shall remain outstanding against the appellant.
