After addressing some arguments, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application.

In view of the above, the present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, it has been drawn to the notice of this Court that only 04 witnesses have been examined, though, the accused is in judicial custody for the last about 04 years. Considering the same, the learned Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously without giving unnecessary adjournment to both the parties.
