On 30th May, 2025, the Applicant was granted interim bail. However, during the pendency of the present proceedings, the Applicant was convicted in subject FIR No. 98/2014, P.S. Vasant Vihar, and has surrendered on 19th July, 2025. The matter is now listed for sentencing on23rd July, 2025. 2.

Owing to the conviction, the relief sought in the present petition is rendered infructuous and accordingly, the present petition is disposed of. 3.

The Applicant shall now be at liberty to take recourse against the order of conviction and order on sentence, in accordance with law.
