O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 352/2019 This petition has been filed by the petitioner Under Section 29A (4) and (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for extension of time for the Arbitral Tribunal to complete the proceedings and render the award. I have been informed by the counsel for the petitioner that the period within which the Arbitral Tribunal has to render his Award is expiring on September 7, 2019. The learned counsel for the respondent has given his consent for extension of time.

Accordingly, the time for the Arbitral Tribunal to complete the

proceedings and render the award is extended by a period of six months effective from September 7, 2019, i.e., till March 6, 2020. The petition stands disposed of.
