% 06.02.2018 After some arguments, Mr Sandeep Sethi, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to raise all the issues, raised herein, before the DRAT in response to the show-cause notice issued by the latter in the first instance.

Leave and liberty granted. The petition along with the pending applications is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed off accordingly at this stage whilst reserving the liberty to the petitioners to approach this Court afresh in the event they are aggrieved by an order passed by the DRAT in the proceedings.

However, the impugned order dated 22.01.2018 is modified to the extent that the Directors of the petitioner-company may appear through

counsel and need not remain present in person on the next date of hearing. Dasti under the signature of Court Master.
