The Applicant's bail application was rejected by the Sessions Court on 26th May, 2025. At that time, the Applicant's case was considered on the basis of the allegations contained in the FIR and the chargesheets, which involved the offences under Sections 376/377/328/506/468/471 of the Indian Penal Code, 18601.

Subsequently, after hearing arguments on the point of charge, certain offences were dropped while others were added. Pursuant to the order on charge, the Applicant has now been charged with offences under Sections 376/377/420/384 of IPC.

applicable, counsel for the Applicant submits that there is material change in circumstances. Accordingly, he seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the Sessions Court afresh. 4.
Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. The Applicant's application before the Sessions Court shall be examined on its own merits, in light of the order on charge against the Applicant, in accordance with law. 5.
