This first bail Application has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 read with Section 483 Cr.P.C. for grant of interim regular bail in FIR No.230/2024 dated 18.03.2024 under Sections 302/34 IPC registered at P.S. Ranhola Outer District, Delhi on the ground that the fees of both the children who are in class 5th and 1st respectively has not been paid since August, 2024 and the school has issued an ultimatum for the payment of arrears of school fee.

accounts of the Petitioner and other funds are to be arranged from the relatives and neighbours for which the interim bail is required. 5.

The reasons even do not seem to have such urgency that immediate urgent interim bail is warranted. The Petitioner while sitting in the jail can also get the money debited from his own account to the school authority.
