The petitioner seeks regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.492/2015 registered under Sections 376/506/509 IPC at PSJagatpuri. Status report is not on record.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. The petitioner is in custody since 02.10.2015. The prosecutrix is a widow lady having two children aged about 10 years and 17 years. Petitioner and the prosecutrix were acquainted with each other since long. Physical relations took place between the two on several occasions. It is informed that the prosecutrix had stood surety for the petitioner in case FIR No. 274/2012 PS Jagatpuri on 31.07.2012. Number of photographs has been placed on record showing the closeness between the petitioner and the prosecutrix. BAIL APPLN. 327/2016

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to bail on furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.

The bail application stands disposed of. Pending application also stands disposed of.
