Petitioner is judgment-debtor-2 before the learned Executing Court and aggrieved by order dated 28.03.2025 and order dated 04.04.2025. It is, however, informed that as far as warrant of arrest is concerned, it has already been stayed. Petitioner has already moved an application seeking recall of the order which is impugned herein and such application is likely to be taken up by the learned Executing Court on 22nd instant. 2.
In view of the aforesaid, present petition is disposed of with request to learned Executing Court to consider the aforesaid application in accordance with law.

Needless to say, in case the petitioner is aggrieved by the outcome of her said application, she would be at liberty to file petition afresh. 4.
