The present habeas corpus petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C has been filed seeking the following relief:- "a) Issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the Respondent to investigate FIR no. 427/2023 PS Binda Pur u/S 363 IPC dated 18.07.2023, and produce Ms. B, D/o Mr. Bans Bahadur Singh, before this Hon'ble Court"

The missing girl has been produced by ASI Kamal Singh and Insp. Sanjay Kumar from P.S. Bindapur. The missing girl states that she went to By:NEELAM 17:20:28 W.P.(CRL) 2624/2023

Gurugram with one of her friend and he has not committed any sexual offence and now, she wishes to go with her parents, who are present in the Court.

In view of the above, no further order is required to be passed. 4.

Petition is disposed of accordingly.
