This Application has been filed on behalf of the Plaintiff seeking withdrawal of the present Suit.

The present Suit was filed on 20.08.2019 seeking recovery of Rs.18,04,34,960/- from the Defendants.

The Plaintiff is present in Court today. He has been identified by the learned Counsel for the Plaintiff.

It is stated by the Plaintiff that he has no intentions to pursue the present Suit and he, therefore, seeks to withdraw the same. 5.

Application is allowed.
