Bail Appln.2210/2019 Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks bail in pursuance to FIR No.56/2018 registered at Police Station Sarita Vihar for the offences punishable under section 307/34 of the IPC till the disposal of the present case.

Keeping in view the fact that there are total 8 cases against the petitioner, thus, he is a habitual offender, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The application is, accordingly, dismissed.
