The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that directions be issued to respondent nos.1 and 2 to provide police protection to the petitioner. The petitioner alleges that he has been receiving threats at the instance of his brother's. He also states that he was stalked by two persons and he apprehends that the said persons were hired to kill him. In addition, he also alleges that he had received threatening calls from a known gangster from Muzaffarnagar, UP.

The SHO, PS Dayalpur is directed to take note of the allegations made in this petition and take such steps as warranted in accordance with law.
