O R D E R

% 15.02.2018 Present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of order dated November 29, 2017. It is the submission of Mr. K. Ramesh, counsel for the petitioner that petitioner had made detailed representations on December 8, 2017 and February 1, 2018. According to him, petitioner has annexed a copy of the writ petition which contains all the relevant information in terms of Para 6 of the judgment.

The learned counsel appearing for respondents on advance notice states, complete information has not been given by the petitioner because of which the speaking order in terms of order dated November 29, 2017 could not be passed.

Mr. Ramesh accepting the fact that information given by the petitioner vide the writ petition does not encompasses the expenses incurred by the petitioner in running the barber shop submits, petitioner shall give the complete information in terms of Para 6 of the judgement dated November 29, 2017 within a week. If that be so, respondents shall consider the said information alongwith the information already given and pass a speaking order within three weeks thereafter.

With the above direction, the contempt petition is closed. Dasti.
