The present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C has been filed has been filed by the Petitioners challenging the proceedings in CC No.830/2022 which has been initiated by the Respondent under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005. 2.

The matter was referred to mediation. In the mediation proceedings, the Respondent was agreed to appear before a Medical Board to get herself examined regarding her mental capacity. The report of the Medical Board has come which shows that the Respondent does not have any signs of mental illness currently and that she has intact mental capacity to decide what is best for her future, including her marital life. 3.

In view of the aforesaid report, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. 4.
