A joint application being CM No.10417/2019 has been filed by the appellant as well as respondents No.1 to 7 along with their affidavits. Learned counsel for the parties submit that the matter has been settled between the parties by mediation settlement dated 24.02.2018 before the Mediation Centre, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi. 4.

The appellant and respondents No.1 to 7 appear in person and confirm the terms of the mediation settlement. 5.

Pursuant to the mediation settlement dated 24.02.2018 the

learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the appeal.

In the circumstances, the appeal along with application being CM No.10417/2019 is dismissed as withdrawn. The parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of the mediation settlement dated 24.02.2018.
