held by the Sole Arbitrator.
For the reasons stated in the application and learned counsel for the respondent has given his consent to the same, the time for the Sole Arbitrator to complete the arbitral proceedings and render the Award is extended for a period of six months effective from August 9, 2019, i.e., till February 8, 2020.
The petitions stand disposed of.
