The Petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners for quashing the FIR No. 107/2016 under Section 420/406 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station Hari Nagar.

It is submitted that the Charge-Sheet has already been filed in the Court but the Complainant despite the Settlement Deed dated 21.03.2016, is not coming for endorsing the Settlement.

Considering that the Charge-Sheet already stands filed and the offences are compoundable, the parties are at liberty to move an appropriate Application for compounding, in case the parties aggrieved, in accordance with law, before the learned Trial Court.

Nothing further survives in the present Petition, which is hereby dismissed and disposed of accordingly. Pending Application also stands disposed of.
