The present application has been filed by the plaintiff seeking to withdraw the present suit.

The plaintiff no.1 namely, Mr. Jatin Kohli and plaintiff no.2 namely, Ms. Malika Kohli, who have joined through VC state that they wish to withdraw the present suit.

In view of the above, the present application is allowed and the suit, along with pending applications, is dismissed as withdrawn. CS(OS) 610/2021 4.

In view of the above, the date already fixed i.e. 13.05.2026 stands cancelled.
