Bail Appln.2203/2019 Vide the present application, the petitioner seeks regular bail in pursuance to FIR No.791/2019 registered at Police Station Uttam Nagar, New Delhi for offences punishable under Sections 304/308/34 IPC till the final decision of the case.

Keeping in view the role of the petitioner and the case which is pending for trial for the offences punishable under section 304/308/34 of the IPC, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. The application is, accordingly, dismissed.
