The present suit was instituted by the plaintiffs for an injunction restraining the defendant from proceeding further in proceedings filed by her before the Superior Court of California, Alameda County, USA being Case No. HF 19024649.

The plaintiffs have now filed I.A. 30316/2024 seeking permission to withdraw the suit on the ground, that the proceedings before the California have come to a conclusion.
