Mr. Suri, learned counsel for the decree holder states that all the instalments have been paid except the last instalment of ₹ 87.34 lakh. 2.

Contemporaneously with the last instalments, the decree-holders were required to execute documents relinquishing/transferring their share in favour of the judgment-debtor. He states that one of the decree-holder is in Germany and hence the same could not be done. 3.

Mr. Suri, learned counsel for the decree-holder states that the needful shall be done on or before 31.08.2024.

It is stated by Mr. Ashish, learned counsel for the judgment debtor that contemporaneously with execution of the document, the last instalment shall be paid.

Binding the parties to their statements made by their respective counsel, the present execution petition is disposed of.
