The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023 seeking to quash the FIR No.23/2024 dated 30.03.2024 for the offence under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station Cyber Police Station North West.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file an appropriate petition before the appropriate forum, in accordance with law. 3.

Permission and liberty, as prayed for, is granted. 4.

In view of above, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
