The present petition under Section 528 of the BNSS seeks the following prayers:

"a. issue appropriate order:(s) and/or direction(s), thereby quashing the FIR No. 408/2023, registered at Police Station Vijay Vihar, New Delhi, for offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 406, and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, as well as Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 and consequential proceedings arising therefrom, which are pending in the Court of Sh. Aishwarya Sharma, Ld. MM (Mahila Court), Rohini Distt. Courts, Delhi, against the Petitioners herein; and b. pass such other order(s) or further direction(s) as this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper in facts and circumstances of the case."
