The learned counsel for petitioners submits that the petitioners shall be satisfied if a direction is given to the respondents to decide the representation dated 07.09.2021 of the petitioners made to the Commissioner, North Delhi Municipal Corporation, and the police authorities.

The learned counsels for respondents have no objection to the same. 3.

We, accordingly, dispose of the present petition by directing the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) to decide the petitioners'

representation. The petitioners are also at liberty to make additional representation, if necessary, within a period of two weeks from date. The MCD shall consider the representations and other material, and dispose it of expeditiously.
