Learned counsel for the petitioner admitted that she has not filed any document regarding the date of marriage of the petitioner and submitted that the date earlier fixed for the marriage of the petitioner was 20.9.2019. However, due to paucity of time, she was instructed that the marriage date may be changed. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the bail application.

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the bail application.
