The Petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and Article 227 of the Constitution of India, 1950, has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner, to challenge the Summoning Order dated 28.08.2019, which has been served in regard to which, Order dated 10.02.2025 has been made.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he has only being served now in February, 2025 and seeks quashing. It is evident that this is a Summoning Order, which has been challenged, for which the alternate efficacious remedy is, by way of Revision.
