Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the present petition for obtaining probate of the will dated 17.2.1992, executed by Lt.Sh.Anant Ram Jain(brother of the petitioner) be tagged along with the file of CS(OS) No.494/2009, a suit for declaration instituted by the petitioner against the legal heirs of Lt.Sh.Anant Ram Jain and the subsequent purchasers of the suit premises that has been transferred along with CS (OS) Nos. 494/2009 & CS (OS) 2144/2009 to the District Judge (Shahdara), Karkardooma Courts Complex for being listed on 04.4.2016 for the reason that the evidence led in the captioned suit, has to be read in the present petition as well. In view of the aforesaid submission, the present petition is directed to be tagged with CS(OS) Nos. 494/2009 & CS(OS) 2144/2009, to be listed before the Court of the District Judge (Shahdara), Karkardooma Courts Complex for further proceedings before the competent court on 4.4.2016.

As none is present on behalf of the respondents, learned counsel for the petitioner shall give a written intimation of the next date of hearing to the counsel for the respondents and place on record the proof of intimation.
