1. Issue notice. Learned counsel for the Appellants accepts notice. With consent of the parties, we have preponed the date for today and heard learned counsels on the appeal itself. It is agreed between the parties that the impugned order dated 02.08.2019 passed by the learned Single Judge whereby he has taken the view that the enforcement proceedings pending before him should stand over to await the decision of the Appellate Court be set aside.

Accordingly, we set aside the impugned order. The learned Single Judge shall accordingly proceed to decide the enforcement proceedings and while doing so shall also deal with the applications moved

by the Respondent before him.

2. List the matter before the learned Single Judge for directions on 24.09.2019.
