Set-aside and quash the an order dated 22.05.2025 passed in Criminal Revision No.109 of 2025 in the case titled as „Surender Kumar Garg Versus State &Anr; by the court of Shri Rajinder Kumar, ASJ -05 (North-West) Rohini Courts, Delhi dismissing the Revision Petition and by Ld. CJM Rohini Court, Delhi, wherein directing to the SHO of PS Ashok Vihar to register an FIR under appropriate provision of Law."
